Buying a used car can be tough. But we break the stereotype, providing trustworthy service with genuine care. Our family owned business was established in 2000, and is home to some of the best used cars, trucks, SUVs and vans in the Erie area. "At Lakeside Auto, we believe that our customers are more than just a statistic to profitability," says Andy Gabler, Owner and President of Lakeside Auto Group. "Unlike many other car dealers, we strive to create a family dynamic within our team and our customers, in order to retain them. We have so many repeat customers- simply because we live up to the high standards they expect of us." "Making a sale isn't always about the facts and figures here. That sets us apart from many other dealers. You are more than just a number when you come to us; you are part of the Lakeside Auto family. People sometimes ask: "how do you keep getting people to buy a third, fourth or fifth generation car from you?' It's simple! It's all about making a fair deal. Without our customers, we wouldn't be in business. We believe it's our obligation to treat them right." "Life is too short; and you get what you give," says Andy. "We strive to be a part of the community and make a difference for families. There's a personal touch that attracts people to us, and vice versa. If we can help families get a dependable vehicle that fits their budget, we have done our job. It's a sense of karma in a way. It just goes to show that sometimes it's not about the money, but the difference you can make - in even the simplest way- that matters." We love helping people, so we started paying it forward. Every Wednesday morning at 8AM EST on JET 24/FOX 66’s Good Day Erie, clues are given as to where the Pay It Forward truck will be. Everyone gathers at the location and they're greeted by Andy Gabler. He brings a deck of cards, and everyone picks one from the stack. Whoever draws the highest card wins the ability to donate $300 to whoever they feel needs the money the most. Then, the camera crew from JET 24/FOX 66 follows everyone to the recipient’s location to surprise them on the spot and capture every moment. Watch every week and you could decide who we help next! |
